Our Head Office is located at 9-02 (First Floor), Jalan Kenari 17F, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. Throughout Privacy Notice when we say IT SIMPLE, we mean our company.

THE TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT

IT Simple collect and process Data as part of our business operations including Personal Data. “Personal Data” is any information that identifies a person. It is almost impossible to list all the types information which may be considered as Personal Data and the types of information we collect and use will be determined by the types of services that you are using. Nevertheless, the Personal Data that IT Simple collects and uses as part of our business operations may include your name, residential address, phone number and email address. If you are a corporate entity, “Personal Data” will include data related to your business’s finances, taxes, employees, customers, suppliers.
We may collect and store any information you provide us when you use IT Simple, including when you add information on a web form, add or update your account information, participate in community discussions, chats, or dispute resolutions, or when you otherwise correspond with us regarding IT Simple.

At IT Simple, we respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data. When it comes to marketing communications such as promotional emails, you can ask us stop sending you these at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication or you can also contact us directly at sales@itsimple.com.my

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

IT Simple System Solutions have the rights to do any changes/updates Privacy
Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers. Do keep
track on the Privacy Policy page on our website. 

REFUND POLICY

All goods sold are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Refunds will be considered in the event of a double payment
by the buyer.

Double Payment Refund Procedure:

If a buyer has made a double payment, proceed with the
following steps:

– Customer notifies us of the double payment.

– Upon confirmation of the double payment and verification
of the goods/products, the customer will receive a refund within 7-14 days.

DEVELIRY POLICY

Order Processing Time:

Once payment is received, the device will be dispatched within 3-7 working days.

Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery courier service will take approximately:

5-10 working days for Klang Valley.

7-14 working days for outstation.

Note to Customers:

Customers are advised to consider the estimated delivery times and plan accordingly.
