- The E-payment plugin allows you to pay invoices and statements of account with a QR code.
- Recipients can scan the QR code to make payments via ipay88 (credit card, debit card, online banking, e-wallet) based on their ipay88 subscription.
- Once payment is successful, the plugin will automatically process AR payments in Autocount.
- This helps Autocount users encourage faster e-wallet payments from their customers, especially for mass customers.
How does the E-payment process work?
Here are the e-payment steps when the customer receives an invoice.
- Click “Pay with Ipay 88” button, and then choose the preferred payment method eg.:online banking/ debit card/credit card/ e-wallet to make payment.
- Once payment is completed, customer will receive official receipt via email.
- Then it will auto updated and knock off invoices with Account Receivable payments in your Autocount Accounting.
Here are the e-payment steps when the customer receives debtor statement.
- Click “Pay with Ipay88” button, customer can choose to pay partially or full amount.
- It will be redirected to the payment gateway link and able to choose from various payment methods eg.: credit card/ debit card/ e-wallets/ online banking to make payment.
- Once payment is completed, the customer will receive an official receipt via email. Then you can knock off manually from Autocount Statement of Account.
