All goods sold are non-refundable.
Refunds will be considered in the event of a double payment by the buyer.
Double Payment Refund Procedure:
If a buyer has made a double payment, proceed with the following steps:
– Customer notifies us of the double payment.
– Upon confirmation of the double payment and verification of the goods/products, the customer will receive a refund within 7-14 days.
Order Processing Time:
Once payment is received, the device will be dispatched within 3-7 working days.
Delivery courier service will take approximately:
5-10 working days for Klang Valley.
7-14 working days for outstation.
